Our Favourite Origin since last year
When we first tasted this coffee, we discovered that it has a similar floral and citrus characteristics of the classic Gesha. And because of the unique Coco-natural process, cherry was rapidly dried with the machine dryer and avoided the chance of over-ferementation, which produced a very clean natural coffee with a complex tropical fruit and berry-like cup profile. This coffee has a very vibrance acidity which always found in Bolivian coffee, balance with very good sweetness and tactile sensation in the cup. Check out our website to learn more about this coffee!
