The PEAK-P30-G Automatic Coffee Roaster is the largest gas-powered coffee roaster in the PEAK series, engineered for industrial coffee roasting operations requiring high production capacity, precision, and repeatability. Designed for batch sizes from 6 to 30 kg, the P30-G delivers production up to 100 kg per hour while maintaining consistent roasting performance through intelligent airflow control, a double-wall cast steel drum, and the iHB intelligent roasting system.
The PEAK-P30-G features digital monitoring of roasting parameters, including bean temperature, air pressure, gas pressure, and exhaust management. Its heavy-duty construction, industrial cooling system, and large-capacity drum make it suitable for coffee roasting factories, contract roasting businesses, and specialty coffee production facilities.
