The PEAK-P8 Automatic Coffee Roaster is a high-performance commercial roasting system developed for professional coffee roasters requiring intelligent automation, superior consistency, and medium-volume production. Available in Gas (P8-G) and Electric (P8-E) versions, the PEAK-P8 incorporates the latest-generation iHB intelligent roasting platform with predictive roasting technology.
The PEAK-P8 automatically tracks roast curves, predicts bean temperature development, and continuously adjusts airflow using PEAK Constant Air Pressure technology. Combined with a swivel-arm control panel, 13.3-inch HD touchscreen, weighing cooling tray, and double-wall cast steel drum, it delivers outstanding roasting performance for specialty coffee production.
